The International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Amateur Championship, taking place alongside Dubai Muscle Show, is organized by Universal Muscle Fitness & Fashion (UMFF), supported by Emirates Bodybuilding Federation under the rules and regulations of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness.
Our aim is to create successful competition among male & Female athletes in the region while maintaining the real essence of bodybuilding in its purest form.

Athletes wishing to participate in the IFBB Amateur Championship can either complete the enquiry form to receive news and updates or visit the UMFF website for full details regarding the competition, categories and registration
Mossa Training Classes
REPs UAE have teamed up with MOSSA to deliver classes open to all attendees of Dubai Muscle Show, particularly those current and aspiring Personal Trainers. Those PTs who are already REPs certified will be able to further their professional development, gaining REPs points by attending these classes and aspiring PTs can gain an insight on the training required to become REPs accredited.
Classes will cover these themes:
- Group Active gives you all the fitness training you need – cardio, strength, balance, andflexibility – in just one hour.
- ViPR Workout integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories, and improve agility.
- Group Core is a 30-minute athletic and functional core strength workout.
- Group Power will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout.
- Group Ride is a thrilling cardio workout inspired by outdoor cycling.

“In the 20 years I have worked in the fitness industry in the UAE I have seen immense growth and development in this sector and don’t see that slowing down anytime soon. Demand from the public as well as fitness professionals for anything new and innovative from the health and fitness industry is very apparent; the UAE wants to have access to what is available in other countries.
We expect that the Dubai Muscle Show will attract a large number of both the public and fitness professionals to this event. We will be there to create awareness on the importance of the public hiring REPs registered fitness professionals and also to answer questions to fitness professionals on registration.

DUBAI MUSCLE SHOW WILL BE SHOWCASING PERFORMANCES FROM POLERCISE DUBAI
Polercise Dubai is a Dubai based aerial school catering for all ages. We offer aerial pole, hoop, silks as well as acroflex, flexibility and body conditioning classes.
The pole performance is a choreographed routine to music demonstrating strength finesse and mobility.

STRONGEST MAN
Strongman is a spectacular sport in which athletes compete in a variety of events involving different aspects of fitness, strength, speed, power, physical and mental robustness. It differs from conventional weight lifting in that the event disciplines are extreme simulations of everyday manual labour activities (such as tyre flipping., farmers’ walk and the like) and so represent unique technical challenges and also a great draw for spectators who might not otherwise be interested in fitness.
Strongman is one of the purest individual sports; no team mates or referees: just you and a seemingly inhuman challenge, such as deadlifting a family hatchback! That said, the community of strongman is like no other. All athletes, galvanised by a common desire to face the sheer physical and mental challenge, help and encourage their fellow strongmen in training, preparation and even in competition.
Dubai Muscle Show will feature 12 competitors, fighting it out over 6 individual tests of strength for the ultimate accolade of becoming Dubai’s Strongest Man. For those wishing to compete, please click on the ‘Contender Enquiry’ button below and complete the form.
Kenguru Street Workout World Cup – Dubai Stage
This will be a World Street Workout Regional qualifier for the SUPER FINALS in Beijing, China this December!
16 of the world’s best Calisthenics athletes will perform a 2 minute freestyle performance on Day 1 to qualify for a 1 vs 1 knockout battle on Day 2.
Calisthenics as a sport has seen a 5000% increase in active athletes since 2008.
Calisthenics UAE and RAGE FITNESS will also be giving spectators the opportunity to learn some basics and win some equipment between performances by local and world class athletes.

The TK Amateur Championships, organised by TK MMA & Fitness, will see the UAE’s top amateur fighters compete in three different disciplines:
- Mixed Martial Arts
- Boxing
- Muay Thai
Action will take place from 10am to 7pm on each day of Dubai Muscle Show, with a record number of fighters stepping forward to battle in front of the thousands of Dubai Muscle Show spectators.
This is the ultimate amateur contest for any fighter in the region looking to prove themselves at the Middle East’s premier fitness event.
