Mamta Saha began her career as a psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society in 2003 after graduating with a Bsc in Human Psychology and an Msc Occupational Psychology.

Corporate Engagements
Mamta’s expertise to coach, design and facilitate powerful programmes, have seen her work with international organisations such as Tesco, L’Oréal, the Department of International Trade (UK) and the Royal Opera House. As a proponent of leadership, Unlocking Self-limiting Beliefs, is a successful bi-yearly bespoke workshop Mamta facilitates as a part of the Advanced program for future leaders at Lloyds of London. Her thought leadership work has been recognised by Logicor, Accenture and Statestreet Bank to develop their female management teams and she continues to design corporate learning initiatives on Authentic Leadership, Emotional and Spiritual Resilience, Mindfulness, Conflict Resolution and Diversity and Inclusion.

Speaking Engagements
Mamta’s desire to ‘spread the love’ about the power of mindset, has had her take the stage in front of international audiences. Amongst them, How to lead your Business with Social Tools for Google UK and Leveraging the Potential of Indian Youth for the Foundation of Indian Diaspora in The Hague. By invitation, her expertise contributed to Sarah Lloyd-Hughes’ book How to be brilliant in Public Speaking. At a TEDx event in January 2021, Mamta took the stage to share her idea for Invisible No More, 5 Steps to being your best self which reached more than 2000 YouTube views in less than 60 days.

Academia
With a strong belief in the opportunity of education, Mamta maintains multiple roles with academia as a lecturer, researcher and active member of the learning community. Working with business and psychology students, she’s facilitated courses in Cross Culture Marketing, International Management and Criminology and continues to hold visiting lecturer roles at several universities in the UK and UAE.
